Unavoidable taxes

Only two things in life are certain : Death and taxes.

This concept has arrived as a part of the optimal tax discussion. Ideally there is probably nothing such as unavoidable tax, for instance the discussed Sales tax can be avoided by purchasing things through a company even though it is for consumption.
